BloxRise / Legal
Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using BloxRise. The listings, selling form, and crypto middleman currently displayed are demonstrations only: BloxRise is not currently holding or protecting cryptocurrency through these screens. Do not send crypto to an address shown in the demo.
Marketplace roles
Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on exactly what is being sold, checking ownership and eligibility, confirming delivery, and following Roblox’s rules and all applicable laws. BloxRise is not the owner, seller, or guarantor of third-party assets, games, limiteds, or in-game items.
Scope of crypto middleman protection
If a live crypto middleman service is launched, BloxRise’s sole priority in a transaction is safeguarding the cryptocurrency it actually receives and holds under the applicable transaction process. Delivery, item quality, access, title, account or game ownership, and post-delivery outcomes remain matters between the buyer and seller. Holding funds does not guarantee the item or prevent disputes or loss.
Rollbacks and reversals
BloxRise is not responsible for rollbacks, reversals, bans, removals, clawbacks, lost access, or changes made by Roblox or other third parties after a trade or delivery. Buyers and sellers accept the risk of these outcomes and should verify the item, transfer method, and counterparty before proceeding. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
No live payment service yet
Any escrow address, payment status, countdown, or release action shown on the current site is illustrative. No real funds are accepted, held, released, or refunded by the demo. A live service would require separate operational terms describing confirmation rules, disputes, refunds, fees, and supported networks before any payment is taken.
Use of the site
Do not post or attempt to sell items you do not have authority to transfer, impersonate another user, misrepresent what is being delivered, or use the site for unlawful activity. BloxRise is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. See our Privacy Policy for information about account data and browser storage.
